Writing sites for children?
A friend just asked me if there are any sites where her 11 year old could post her writings. I presume it's largely for the purposes of encouraging her to do more.
This reminded me that my eight year old drew a comic strip recently (and we're hoping top get him to a cartoonist summer camp this year).
Can anybody recommend sites or resources we can use to further our little darlings' interests?

I haven't personally used it, but http://www.howtoons.com has been recommended on the GT forum that I frequent, and it looks cool. It should be interesting for your budding cartoonist.
I'm sure I can find something for the other question there, as well, or if someone wanted to dig, they could do it themselves -- it's Davidson Gifted.
