Searching for a Book in the 1990's

Hi,

Wondered if anyone could help, searching for a couple of books that I read in my teens and would love to read again. I have been searching and its driving me mad as I don't have enough informationn to pick them up.

I would have read them between 1991-1996. The front covers were very similar, very plain with a white border and picture in the centre. One which I believe was called .......moonlight had a purple image. I think it was a female author and one of her other books was about Nuclear Fallout and how it impacted on the lifes of some friends over a number of years. This book also had the plain white cover with an image in the centre.
I am sure she did more than the 2 books I read.

If anyone could help in anyway I would be very grateful.

Do you have anything on what the story was about, genre etc?

They were fantasy books....the moonlight one was based on another planet. Think I will struggle, the names are on the tip of my tongue, I hope they come to me ;-S

When I was at school (mid-90s) we read Louise Lawerence's Children of the Dust book about a nuclear war and then following the survivors for several years after the war. Does that sound familiar?
