| The Fixed Budget War - Author? Greetings! I am trying to find details about a story I read many years ago - don't remember if it was a book or possibly a story in Asimov or Analog. I believe the title was "The Fixed Budget War" and it had to do with the corporations who made a living out of contracting to fight country's wars for them. It was an excellent hypothesis with a wonderful twist at the end. Thanks for any leads you can offer! Vaughn |
