| this is where you belong | browsers If I use Google Chrome to access chrons I see html-ish looking tags to signify format changes such as LIST (for bullets) or I (for italics). But I don't see that using Firefox. Any thoughts on how I get the user-friendly Firefox look in Chrome? |

| П | Re: browsers I'm kind of interested in this, too. I use Chrome as it's less taxing on my slightly ageing laptop and seems to work better with slower connection speeds. However, the formatting tags do clutter up the screen. I wondered if it was a question of changing the settings in -Tools--Encoding, but I'm loathe to fiddle too much, as I'm not exactly technically adept, although I'm trying to improve. |

| Re: browsers I'm not sure if this is what any of you are looking for, but it's an extension that I stumbled upon while searching for a method to render those pesky Wetpaint sites more conveniently editable: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/d...ielapebmcjogoc Edit: the direct link isn't working like it should. Just go to this site (http://www.toontownnation.com/forums...5Bwysiwyg-%5D/) and scroll down to the first post, instead. Then go to the link the first post contains. [Then, once you've gone to that link, follow the third link to a password-protected website wherein you will be presented a map and a boarding ticket for the fourth of May of this year. You will find that your destination is an island, gentleman. And on this island is a tree-marked as a large red X on your map-, under which is a chest, inside which is a clown-puppet, inside which is an egg, inside which is a needle, inside which is the answers to the questions that so trouble you. >:P] Last edited by Pravuil; 14th April 2012 at 05:44 PM. |
