| April cats Is there some holiday I am missing? I noted the cat graphics on the Chrons, and DeviantART has been taken over by cat propaganda. I like cats and have a very lovey Siamese who is my shadow, but is this some sort of coincidence—or is there a link between April Fool's and cats that I never heard of before? And speaking of April Fool's—why do we need a special "holiday" for pranksters when we're surrounded by fools every day? Any "joke" headlines I see today look no different than the straight headlines I read every day, or on the Onion. |

| Re: April cats Okay, some of the answer is coming out now. I just learned that AdBlock, a browser plugin, now runs images of cats. (And one can opt out of that.) Reminds me of a browser that showed Swedish chef "bork! bork! bork!" on Web pages... Gotta look under your own hood first, I guess. |
