Any movement on receipt of the book? I think I'd like to get this started fairly soon or else it's just going to fizzle out!

I'm still waiting for my copy to arrive. Getting a little impatient myself.

If you want to get started, I have no problem. I'll catch up or join in something in the future. I certainly wouldn't want to see this fall apart.

OK so let's go for a Monday start.

Now the question is where do we start? I am pretty much happy to go through in any order. It has been suggested that we start at part 3 (The Expository Paragraph) work through to the end and come back to Parts 1 and 2 for any who still wish to do so.

If this seems resaonable to everyone then I would propose the first session (?) should cover chapters 12 (Basic Structure) and 14 (Paragraph Unity).

Thoughts?

I received my copy today. I shall get started on it this evening. Having had a quick look through, though, Chapter 12 looks good to start with.

You're all right, by the way. It does look like a dictionary.

By the way I noticed a typo in my post (#55) it should have read chapters 12 and 13 not 14.
