I think the new series is great. Christopher Ecclestone is excellent as The Doctor and Billie Piper is definitely the best sidekick a Doctor has had.

The best thing about this series is watching my five year old daughter hide behind the sofa during the scary bits! Ah, that takes me back.

Re: The new Dr who

I am enjoying this new series a lot.

Has anyone noticed the continual referneces to the "Big Bad Wolf". It comes up in nearly every episode somewhere. Don't know if it's an in joke or something more significant. Any ideas?

(A London youth spray painted the words "Bad Wolf" on the Tardis, Van Statten's helicopter had the code name "Bad Wolf" and there were others)

I'm suprised the BBC managed to get away with portraying all the poiltitions as aliens and bombing Downing Street

They may have trouble renewing the licence if Labour get re-elected

I love the new doctor, it gets better each week.Although not sure about giving the daleks feelings.Wasn't sure about Rose at first, she does seem to grow in confidence each week.

Re: The new Dr who

Esioul, if you can't video tape it, the BBC repeat it on the Sunday on BBC3 or 4 (this is only helpful if you have cable though. If not, sorry)

Talking Re: The new Dr who

They were built to kill as a job but with no leader there's no job. It's like going to work and having no other employees there or a boss. No point, so the poor thing had to give in to the fact it had been poisoned with emotion and commited suicide. Rather ironic that the Daleks ended up killing themselves off. Anyway it only had feelings at the beginning to lure her in to touch it, and I just don't see the Daleks being gone forever, there's something strange about Dr Who without Daleks. Maybe it's just me, yeah it's just me, I'm weird. Oh well

Re: The new Dr who

In my opion the cyber men beat the daleks every time, if they ever meet the Cyber men would win in a fight (they have legs.)
