EDIT: Might be too much of a strange one, but I have a female friend named Stevie (after Ms Nicks). So you could go that way.

I have a female friend named Charley (spelled like so) and a female friend named Dara.

How's about Nic? Or Ashley? Or Tracy?

Re: Quick Fire Questions (A Place to Ask and Answer)

Ah well there's always exceptions and besides I've always thought it rather bizarre the way a name can somehow create an image on our minds. After all the name is given long before the character of the person is known.

Makes me think of Johnny Cash's "A boy named Sue"!

Re: Quick Fire Questions (A Place to Ask and Answer)

I think at 102 pages, this thread is getting too cumbersome to be a useful reference resource.

I'm therefore going to close this thread - any further questions, please start new individual threads about them, please, thanks.
