| Feedback Thread Access Problem I tried to start a thread in Feedback. It told me that the post was a duplicate of an existing one. But when I try to access the thread (in whatever state it was when it was put there), I'm told that "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" and that there may be a connection problem. (By the way, I was trying to thank Brian for adding the "Go to First New Post" feature in thread lists/catalogues. And I can see some of the text in the first post of that thread when I hover over the title, so something is there.) |

| Re: Feedback Thread Access Problem And when I tried to go to your thread, Ursa, I got an Opera redirect with a link to the thread, which flashes the page up for a fraction of a second then returns to the redirect page. |

| Re: Feedback Thread Access Problem There was an attachment: the downward pointing arrow that's used as a button for accessing the first new post. I had tried to copy the symbol into the post, but it didn't work (in the sense that I could still see the underlying URL and the IMG controls in the preview screen. I then started to delete the IMG text, but after deleting some of it, the whole lot disappeared before I could erase the rest. |

| Wherever I Am, I'm There | Re: Feedback Thread Access Problem I suggest that I remove the post and you re-post it again. I have no idea why it doesn't work. I use Firefox and get the same message as as the Judge. (BTW posts are never deleted from Chronicles they just get moved to a more interesting forum.) Brian can look at it later in case it is a problem rather than a one-off glitch. |
