| Galactic Pot-Healer So far, I'm not intending necessarily to read everything PKD wrote. I'm about halfway through this one. Does it get better? It seems like it could have been an uninspired parody of PKD. It's not absolutely awful, but it seems like he wanted to be funny but wasn't really in the zone for writing funny. I've read eight of his novels and till this one would probably have rated Dr. Bloodmoney as my least favorite. Any thoughts before I return this library copy? I still have some time on it if someone can convince me.... |

| Double-stuff Oreos! | Re: Galactic Pot-Healer I enjoyed it. Its not a 'normal' Dick if such a thing exists. I would say finish it, it does bring a few things together as I remember and I would always recommend finishing anything. Sorry i can't be more helpful but its beena few years since I read this one and so can't really remember any specifics... helpful, I know. |
