Indeed, Hoopy One, and using my incredible powers of deduction I think I can see what's happened here...

Once dumped on Io, Siggy must have set about causing massive disruptions in the moon's subterranean "magma" flow. This will have brought about terrible eruptions, likely changing the face of Io into an angry looking smiley, getting the attention of a science vessel. Siggy must have assaulted the landing crew, stolen their ship, and set off after the Heart of Gold.

He traded one ship for another until he found something more to his liking, such as, for instance, a certain ship of the Strangulous Stilettans of Jajazikstak designated "The Muffler". The very same ship that we briefly encountered in the Frogstar system, assisting us against T.I.M. Siggy will have wanted vengeance for himself no doubt.

He has since been on a galactic rampage, been featured on many a Space-Cops show and destroyed or crippled legions of pursuers. And now...he's back.

But, my dear Siggy, it has been a long journey has it not...?

*starts wiggling his fingers at Siggy*

Yeees, a very long journey... and you grow sleepy... sleeeeepy... sleee-

*Siggy clouts him, sending No hurtling across the tea room to be half-buried in he far wall*
