Re: OK Had my wrist slapped so now I'm introducing myself

Will try and do Seph.

I have my own web pages so simply popped the image up on that server and linked to it. If anyone want to use them I have loads of spare space and they can email to me and I'll put them up (they won't be visible on my pages only on any links they create here).

Off for my dinner and some serious reading now - starting on the Riftwar trilogy.

Oh? Given the thumbnail, I just assumed you'd uploaded it here. Shows what I know.

Enjoy dinner, then. And Feist. I'm off to bed, since I have a plane to catch early tomorrow.

All you got was a slap on the wrist??? I get a slap on the face every time I mention Patrick Rothfuss... I see he's not on your list, so have another slap on the wrist! Strangely, we don't have a correction centre here on the chrons, or if we do I don't know of it...

Welcome to the best of the best. You will love it here... or you get slapped on the wrist.

Actually Boneman - I should have had Patrick Rothfuss on my possible futures list - hadn't come across the name before coming on here (ok, ok so I'm ignorant) but have now picked up The Name of The Wind and added it to my scarily big to read pile. Not sure when it will fit in around all the others though.

*slap*

(Be grateful: I'm sure TJ hits harder.)

Welcome, Vertigo

(Which before today, would seem an odd thing to say, even in the presence of the film of that name.)

As to slapped wrists.... I've managed to avoid posting an Introduction for almost three years. (Although about this time of year, I get to feel a little guilty; but guilty enough to do anything about it.) The benefit of this grievous omission is that I remain a complete enigma to my fellow Chronners.

I dare you to read the first chapter and see if it doesn't leap to the top of your list... The sequel isn't out until April 2011, make sure you read it by then!

Yeah now you see there's the thing; I really don't like waiting for sequels and I tend to wait until the next one is out. Take the third Shadowmarch book - it has been so long that I will really have to go back and read the first two again before getting into the new one when it arrives.
