What was the name of the tower Bran fell from?

I found the answer to the previous question in the second Bran chapter in AGOT, the tower was destroyed over a hundered years ago when it was struck by lightning.
Bran refers to it as "the broken tower", but that's probably not the answer you were looking for, is it?

Yes it is, to my original question. Now I am really confused. When I went back and reread this area this morning I decided Bran was really on the First Keep when he fell (or was thrown) and that he had not made it to the broken tower. what to do, what to do. I think since I put the answer to my second question into this comment I am just going to say that you have won the honor of providing the next bit of trivia, hopefully with more attention to detail than I seem capable of

I thought maybe you meant the First Keep, but it couldn't have been there because, well, Jaime and Cersei needed somewhere private

Anyway, my question is about the failed rescue attempt of the Kingslayer from Riverrun. How did the rescue mission work (what did they each do?) And How were they eventually stopped?
