If Tywin attacked he would have paid a grievous price. But if he did not attack, he would have been trapped in the west.

Kevan's terms are to be named Regent in addition to Hand, and for Cersei to go back to the Rock. He suggests naming him Castellan to the Rock and Randyl Tarly or Mathis Rowan as alternatives to him when she refuses his original terms

Very very close, but I'm looking for something very specific about what was done to the poison. Magically infused is too vague.
