Because they wouldn't let him wear his cloak that had been mended with red silk? (Although as you say, that was really only symbolic of his real problem with them)

I'm having trouble coming up with something really interesting, so I'll go for something trivial

Name the prostitute at Chatayah's that bet she could entice Tyrion into "bedding" her, how long does she have to win her bet, and what will she lose if she isn't able to
