Specifically I think it's described as blue with the silver fish of the Tullys in the corner but that could just be the way I pictured it in the ol' noggin.

But I reread that scene where Sansa visits Margaery the other night... and the Queen of Thorns dishes out all her family's dirt for Sansa while demanding cheese be served while Butterbumps is howling out The Bear and the Maiden Fair while Sansa declares Joffrey a monster. Olenna derides her son, the great man, the man of the hour, the kingmaker as an "oaf" and "Lord Puff Fish." Great storytelling.
