I'm just really sorry we've had these issues.

Suffice to say, anyone with experience with webhosts will know that not all of them are very clued up, and while the new server host apparently is a dab hand with blocking DDoS attacks, they have repeatedly provided information on DNS settings which was completely incorrect, yet constantly changes.

Really hoping all has settled down now finally, though.
