Problems with Message Editor interface - Science Fiction Fantasy Chronicles: forums

Unless I change the Message Editor interface from Enhanced Interface to Standard Editor Extra Formatting controls, my post and then my window gradually go a grey colour! That happens in any thread. I have to log back in later to try again.

Would someone be able to explain? Or perhaps about these controls. I have used the Enhanced Interface here since 2005 and never had any problems with it until about June of this year.

Rosie, have you tried emptying your browser cache and then trying the enhanced editor?

Simply that the symptoms sound like an iffy Javascript file - hopefully, because it's easy to fix.

Oh dear, not for some time I'm afraid. Will do that and thanks for the suggestion Brian.

I too hope it is easy to fix, have had enough internet and laptop problems lately to last me a lifetime!
