Slightly OT... Hi-Vis Fonts...

Rather than resurrect semi-OT discussion in middle of old thread...
...

There's a serious down-side to using hi-vis ProggyFont for editing. I'm now so used to it, I forgot to switch to a 'pretty' like Arial for hard-copy, and my laser printer promptly disgorged fifty-some pages of garbage.

Okay, ProggyFont looks just-fine on-screen --For better or worse, I can see my punctuation !!-- but it scales badly and output resembles an old, wilting, 9-pin dot-matrix in bulk...

Never mind ! At least I got to proof-read that chunk of my tale. Two other sections, in Arial, look so good that my reading speed 'goes turbo' and I've no hope of spotting their infamous last typo...
---

Um, despite valiant efforts, I'm still suffering from my 'Curse of the MisPunctuated Dialogue'...
