I can't sympathise, but doesn't stop me feeling sorry for you. - was married but no kids.

I actually used to live on 4 hours sleep each evening for several years when I worked a night shift job because I can't sleep during the day. (6-10pm)

They're getting better actually, it just takes a lot of determined returning them to bed.... (I cat nap a lot.)
