No, fully equipped, finnish sauna, japanese salt bath sauna, turkish hamman, hydrotherapy pool, outdoor pool with small cocktail/wine bar, power showers. Towels and robes included.

There's a number of offences being committed here:

• Taking indirect aid from a foreign power
• Helping to establish an illegal... er... establishment
• Not complying with planning rules

Club? Who said anything a club. If you're going to go all beaureaucratic, at least stick to the facts.

You seem to be obtaining a leisure service from another party without a direct payment from you to them, so that probably means that it's a club whose annual fees are meant to cover the average cost of providing its services to each of its members.

Or are you stealing the service?

You claim that sauna is owned by the Treacherous Keys, do you? Due to various confiscatory actions, any fees that you owe - and as you haven't paid any yet, they could be of considerable size - should have been paid to the LPITTW authorities. Luckily, we have a debtor's prison which is almost as hot and sweaty as that sauna must be.
