When you say "exactly like us", do you mean you or me? Because my answer could be significantly different, depending. First, if they look exactly like me, I will try to blend in - and convince them to wear clothes. If they're like you, though, I'd have a lot of work to do on the blending-in part and a lot of diplomatic tip-toeing on the clothes part.
