Spit. Yach! I tried honeyed locust once. There's very little I won't try as I worked as a cook for a while, but cockroaches? No, no, no, I say.

I just cook a lot for family etc. and enjoy it. Let's try tonights tea;

spatchcock chicken with garlic, bread, roasted veg, garlicky gravy.

Roasted peppers stuffed with rice, onions, herbs and pork, a quarter of tomato in the top as a plug. Pumpkin banitsa for desert, but might leave that until tomorrow (trying to keep the weight down).
