Parson is back after a long weekend of work etc. to discover to his dismay that he wrote "cheery" rather than "cherry." Also just to make you all jealous, my wife made the real thing this weekend for Father's Day! Oh was it yummy!!!

I would be jealous, Parson, but my birthday was the day before and it was cheesecake with raspberry topping.

Re Windows 7, yeah, I've heard that, but can't live in the XP world forever. And since they're doing the beta version stuff with 8, it's time.

And it's not paiyo, Kirby; it's cheescake...o. Either way, enjoy it!

Actually, once I got past the bad disk (thank you WIN ISO!), Windows 7 64-bit has been very calm, and (for someone used to XP SP3 running on an IDE disk) quite fast on my SATA 3 drive. Having conquered the technology problem, I must now confront my looming banishment to *gasp* the 2nd floor.

Can a dweller on floor 2 be the door warden, rude comments from said portal to the contrary notwithstanding?
