| Re: The Asylum No, I'm required by the terms of my certificate to wear a helmet with a visor, ear protection and chainsaw gloves - none of which is apparent, and he's therefore breaking the Personal Protective Equipment at Work Regulations (1993) |

| Re: The Asylum This is true - if he's using the saw in a purely private capacity, and not for hire or reward, the regulations are not applicable. Would you say this was the case at the time the picture was taken? |
