Re: The Asylum

*Grabs a bar and pulls herself upright* Wheee. Hilarious. That was fun. Let's get it installed permanently in the Tea Room! Or in an off-room, at least!

Re: The Asylum

After beckoning unsuccessfully, Freda wedges the door open.

Re: The Asylum

*Still chuckling* Hang on, hang on, I've forgotten the way back. And wait! *Scans around and finds a nice big green button that says RESET. Presses it and Mousetrap resets itself* We should get lots of giant boardgames! Like...oh, oh Cluedo!! *Follows Freda back into the tunnel* Or...or...Connect Four! *Crawls along and then suddenly throws out a hand, stopping Freda in her tracks. Her eyes shine* SCREWBALL SCRAMBLE!!

*Carries on crawling and rolls out back into the Asylum*

Re: The Asylum

We could do a lifesize three dimensional 'snakes and ladders', but probably it'd be better to make it a mural setting.

Dungeons and dragons would require minimum effort, but 'Risk' or 'Monopoly' might take up rather a lot of virtual space…

Re: The Asylum

Monopoly's boring. Well, until I decide to become some kind of money tyrant and buy all your properties and wring you all dry of your fake money, and y'all get sent to prison for bankruptcy! muahahahahaaha!

Hem.

Snakes and ladders! Yeah!!

Re: The Asylum

Steps aside to reveal the giant snakes-and ladders board.

"Freda had a word with the goblins, who put it together. The snakes are slides. Care for a game ?"

Re: The Asylum

"We start at the bottom. Freda ! the Dice."

Freda scuttles over to a black box and presses a button, the figure, '6,' comes up.

"Fine, Hoopy, you get to climb the ladder."

Moves his own three spaces.

Re: The Asylum

Yeah, too right I do! *Gets to the top*

Are there real snakes around? That would make it much more interesting! I would say get Rob involved, but it might just confuse the poor stationary thing.

Re: The Asylum

"We thought we'd be better with slides," moves one more space and climbs a ladder.

Re: The Asylum

Possibly the safer option, yes!

*Moves two spaces and jumps up a ladder that's more like a stepladder* Ah, that was a little one. Bless.

Is it like the real game with the one super long ladder and snake? I bet I know which one I'll hit!

Re: The Asylum

For twenty year-old gorgonzola, the goblins can be very accurate.

Re: The Asylum

*Moves three spaces and suddenly the floor drops out from under her and she slides down a few feet*

*Blinks for a moment at the suddenly movement from one place to another, then laughs and pushes herself upright* Ahaha, brilliant.
