Re: Whisper My Name

And the legend foretells of this, that true believers must go through purgatory to achieve Heaven on Earth, and are well-prepared, with fulsome stocks of the Dark Nectar. And when the Chosen One has smashed all the breweries (thus depriving governments around the world of Billions in taxation revenue) ((and everyone of a decent beer!!))the populace shall turn against the Chosen One, and she shall be cast down, forced to eat Marmite Soldiers and chucky-eggs until such time as she repents. And the world shall see the true value of Marmite, and it shall be cherished by all, and sales will increase tenfold, and tenfold again. Thus shall the Chosen One fulfil her destiny.......

Re: Whisper My Name

As an aside to an earlier hijack I have come across a version of 'Mad Max' dubbed into American.

Re: Whisper My Name

Well, this is now 'finished' at around 100k words but as I simply can't afford the services of a professional editor I've no plans to try punting it at an agent and see what happens.

Therefore, if anyone would like a copy please send me a message with your e-mail address and I'll be more than happy to send one out.

On a personal note I'd like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all those who both encouraged me to attempt a narrative of this length and took the time to critique my original efforts. Cheers!

Re: Whisper My Name

A vampire story, and no cliches so far. What?!
Seriously, it's very well written and entertaining - you should definitely try to have it published.

By the way... is Marmite really that good? I have to try it someday.
