So What Makes YOU Unique?

So, what makes you different? There are things that practically everyone you know has done.

Can you think up three common-place things that you haven't done that make you unique?

Here's my contribution:

I haven't seen The Sound Of Music, either in the cinema or on TV.

I haven't seen a Royal Wedding, either in the flesh or on T.V.

I have never bought a copy of The Sun newspaper.

While it is possible to be unique at a micro level, at a macro level none of us are unique. Just as in the same way if we are all special, then none of us are special. We are all far more alike than we are different, but we tend to focus on what makes us different, and therefore unique, rather than what makes us the human beings who share the same things. Illness-wise, I've never had anything worse than a cold (that I can remember). I've had chicken pox and a possible slight chest infection, but had colds worse than both! And hopefully I haven't jinxed myself by saying this

I never had a detention during my school years! (Perhaps not incredibly unique, but I'm proud of it)

I've never been on a amusement park ride that goes upside down.

i only had one, and that was a class one as i wouldnt grass up on the person who splashed ink on the math teachers bald spot

Since leaving school the longest I've unemployed is 10 weeks (not a bad record since I left school over 20 years ago)

When I read this thread, I couldn't help but think of a comercial from years and years ago. The tag line with a number of stars was "I've done _____ in my BVDs." Milton Boro looked the camera in the eye and said with a straight face: "I'm 78 years old, I've done everything in my BVD's" after which he gave a wry grin.

[In case this doesn't translate, BVD is a brand of men's underpants, perhaps only in the States.]
