Book order

What is the order of the books in the wheel of time. I know the ones listed in my book, but iv seen some others like the great hunt: pt1 hunt begines and the great hunt: pt 2 new threads in the pattern. Iv just read the great hunt. So are these two the same story split into two books or are they new ones?

Those pt1/pt2 books are just a split story of The Great Hunt to shorten the length of the book (and get you to spend more I guess). Here's a link to use as a guide for the book order:

Also, there's the New Spring novel which is a prequel to the entire series. But I would recommend you read through many of the books before you read New Spring, just to get better acquainted with the characters.

Thanks for that. I never realy read books till i picked up the eye of the world in the gulf. I think iv been converted.
