Yes, I noticed that too. <g> The walkway in 'Crystal Skull' was quite a bit wider, though.
Perhaps confronting his fear in 'Thor's Chariot' helped to cure it.
This might be the case, given that we discover that he has a flat in the eighth (?) floor in 'Light'...
