Re: Art Gallery

Yeh, I pictured him bigger than a midget but not much so. I pictured him with everything stunted except the torso and head.

Re: Art Gallery

I wish someone would do a portrait of him post-facial wound. I'll bet it's not pretty, but it's hard to picture.

Re: Art Gallery

Oh jeez. When you mentioned that it made me think. I am picturing a picture of me pre and post marriage. LOL. I mean that in a good way though. I think my wife takes more care of what I wear than I ever have.

Haha at first it sounded like you were saying your wife knocks you around a bit. But there's nothing like a woman to set a man straight, lol.

Re: Art Gallery

Wasn't that. It was just that after I got together (with my now wife) woman I figured I didn't need to impress anyone all the time and I slacked. However, once I was married, things changed. I am not only representing me.... I am representing the man my wife married LOL. Really though, she puts up with alot, the least I can do is .... whatever she says.

Re: Art Gallery

Arya - Tyrion does have black patches in his beard, maybe that's where you get the impression of black hair from.

I believe Amok has done a post-wound Tyrion for the CCG, but I could be wrong.

Re: Art Gallery

Culhwch: you're correct, Lewyn was the uncle, younger brother of Doran et al's father.

You can check this kind of detail out on The Citadel.

Dwarf...at least in this series we can be blunt, considering all the names the poor tyke's been called...I guess if we HAD to be PC it would be 'vertically challenged' (don't scoff, I've heard politicians actually use the phrase )

I tend to form my mental pictures of people while reading a book in various ways - Dany with her silver hair and those eyes has't really got a RL counterpart I can think of, but with a lot of other characters I end up trying to think of actors I can see playing the role...Hence my total agreement with the picture of Robert Baratheon, it's Brian Blessed to the bone...

Re: Art Gallery

Oh nice one! I love the one of Tyrion. The artwork on these is great. Although Cersei looks a little too much like some of the older bartenders here in San Diego- too much sun and makeup, if you know what I mean.

Re: Art Gallery

He's captured a lot of character in those pieces - Jaime is great.

Re: Art Gallery

Have to agree on Jaime... that is by far the best representation of the Kingslayer I've seen. That cocky grin is pure Jaime Lannister... the others are great too.

Wow, I knew Cersei was hot, but I didn't think she was THAT hot.

Dang, makes you wish you were a Lannister cousin doesn't it?
