| Bilis Manger What is happening with the character of Bilis Manger? They introduced this wierd Time Traveller. They showed him to be dangerous, probably alien, and then they have completely forgotten about him! I like puzzles, but I also like closure. Do you think he will appear again? Do you think they will ever provide answers? Some people speculate that he is a renegade Time Lord, even the Master, but I doubt it. He has the ability to walk through time and teleport at will, which Time Lords have not been shown to do. |

| Re: Bilis Manger That guy really creeped me out but he was important and I think he should maybe come back and explain more about him, he can't be a timelord, since when have timelords been able to see the future? |
