Another challenge! I can't remember half the lyrics but the voice reminded me of Hue and Cry. Its kind of a bluesy but very upbeat song and the chorus has the line
'When I kiss my girl my heart goes a bumping and a jumping' or something like that!

Well i cant play you tube vids on my phone but I see its on a Theremin! A really odd but basic instrument that combines a metal detector and a short wave radio. I believe one was used on the original Dr Who series,also the Beach Boys used one on Good Vibrations. There's an aura of mysticism around them yet they're incredibly basic. Leo Theremin accidentally invented it when he was working on an alarm system.

Okay Tansy - Got one for ya. I cant go to "entertainment" sites at work cause the IT dept. has a filter on stuff coming in through the firewall. Anyway, it was sometime in the last 4 years I'm pretty sure, and the lyrics say -
