Re: 30.07 The Unicorn and the Wasp

Incidentally, I'm going to be incredibly smug and refer any bored reader to my posting of 11th August last year, where I correctly considered the plot would involve Agatha Christie's missing 10 days in 1926...

*Claps PTeppic* A brilliant piece of deductive work, old chap (or at least a very good guess )

Incidentally, on my walks today I noticed several dead bees. Most peculiar. Didn't spot any Timelords though.

Re: 30.07 The Unicorn and the Wasp

There was a great Agatha Christie quote at the start - the professor in the library off to research something just before he gets "wasped", the door opens as he is saying "why didn't they ask" he looks up and says "heavens"

One of the first Christie books I read was "Why Didn't they Ask Evans"

So I'm guessing that wasn't a coincidence

I like the dynamic of CT and DT - she's the down to earth girl who is not afraid of being gobby when necessary (and sometimes when not)

Re: 30.07 The Unicorn and the Wasp

On "Confidential" they did mention they deliberately tried to get a lot of book titles into the episode...
