An intresting ASoIaF World Map

Very definitely not canon, but still pretty nice. A fan created this map of the world in the same style as those ancient Mappa Mundi world maps.

Check it out.

Re: An intresting ASoIaF World Map

Sure is a nice map but I don't think the positions of the Slaver's Bay is correct in proportion to Valyria. I'm pretty sure in the map in AFFC Valyria is northwest of Slaver's Bay. Also I thought Braavos was an island? Look's more like a lake in that map.

Braavos is built on a network of islands in a lagoon in an enclosed bay. It's not the easiest thing in the world to visualise (although Venice isn't too far off).

Check off to the left of the screen... it's there with a ton of other stuff... drawings of castles, shields, etc. You just need to select from the options. Some of them disappear when you're viewing items, but then if you just click on the remaining one, your options pop back up.

Wow! There are plans and very excellent drawings of some of the castles, not to mention shields and some other maps.

Left of the screen in the options.

The maps look great.

Grrrr I was looking in the tags options...
I found it now, very interesting indeed, but it reminds of our real world or it is just me?
