New Clint Eastwood film

Film under the title Gran Torino (2008), Directed by and starring Clint Eastwood - due for a Dec 2008 release in the US.

Done a little googling and there are a lot of rumors that it is a new Dirty Harry film

For those that don't know the Gran Torino was the muscle car of choice back in the 70s if you were in a cop show - Starsky & Hutch, Kojak

If it is then there seems to be a glut of motor racing films - in the way that is usual in Hollywood - none for years, then every studio producing one at exactly the same time!

Seems it is a film about a young boy who strikes up a friendship with Clint after trying to steal the car.

As above ^^^^^ Dirty Harry is over with now.. Clint Eastwood is focussing on directorial work mainly although Gran Torino will feature him in it.

But it would be interesting to see Dirty Harry in the style of Unforgiven.

The old,over the hill Harry chasing criminals thats too much for him :P
