I'll offer a hint, as the quote will be tough to put into any context.

It was said by a POV character that did not appear in AGOT to a character who first appeared in AGOT.

The clue was a POV char who did NOT appear in AGOT to a character who did.

Arianne was not in AGOT, but Arys was... though not as a POV. The list of POV characters after AGOT is Davos, Brienne, Jaime, Theon, Samwell, Cersei, Arianne, Arys, Areo, Aeron, Asha, and Victarion. But Jaime and Theon were in AGOT, so I'm discounting them. The smart guess would be Cersei or Jaime... So, my new guess is Asha to Theon.

Welcome to the forum and thanks for your enthusiasm. but to be honest,it's only been a few hours since Boaz guessed correctly, and IMO you were a little TOO enthusiastic. We also don't post simultaneously, so I'll save Boaz the trouble of being chivalrous and say that quote was Dolorous Edd and once you confirm that I pass to Boaz.
