Krondor: Red hair and green eyes

Have you noticed that virtually everybody in Krondor has red hair and green eyes? Do you think that this is an ethnic feature, or do you think Raymond has a thing for red heads?

Re: Krondor: Red hair and green eyes

I'm betting Mrs Feist has red hair & green eyes - or else Raymond is sleeping in the spare room. Maybe he'e creating Krondorian Asia - instead of straight black hair, thin build, about 5'6'' (no offence intended by blatant stereo typing)...

really? Can't say I'd noticed!
Anita was blond, blue-eyed, as was Prince Erland
James was brown haired & eyed

If you mean the characters from the later books - Prince of the Blood etc, I'm guessing that as Arthua (sp) was brown-haired and Anita was blond, a kind of redddish brown mixture was the result!

mind you, I have a weakness for the red haired, green eyed ladies!

chamone!

His Aryan race is ginger dudes with green eyes. If he was ever a genocidal despot his red army would be so puny that the ethnics would no doubt rise up and commit a genocide of their own.
