I've just done something that's taken my grumpy mood, shredded it and scattered it to the four winds. There's a great antiques shop in Exeter and outside was the best cream-coloured chair, with footstool, sitting outside. I asked how much it was...£60...sat in it for a while and that decided it, I had to have it! It'll be arriving in an hour or so.

My goodness, I love my chair. I actually love it. It's the most awesome chair ever. Granted I almost snapped my spine shifting my bookcase (don't move bookcases when they're full of books! Silly!) trying to make room for it, but now it's in place and lovely. I'm in it right now, with my feet propped up on the footstool. It's so comfortable. I may cry with happiness

Yes, I have tried that bookshelf trick before, I don't think I will again Its great to have a comfy chair. When we got our lounge I felt the same. You can sleep in the armchair with out to much trouble it is so comfy.

Sweet. We got one of those a couple of years ago, and cause of where matt works he got it heaps cheaper cause he talked with the samsung rep.
