For myself, not only did it rise above freezing yesterday for the first time in five weeks (it's +1 today!!!), I got my internet back after the cold and snow snapped the wires two weeks ago. It's far from a perfect connection, but it's a connection.

It is done. Five months after starting, I hit my target weight loss, 36 pounds. I have moved form the wrong end of the overweight range, to firmly within the healthy range. I was 0.2 pounds away yesterday evening, and determined to make it by the night's weigh-in. So I ran on the treadmill, with my hoodie zipped to the top and the hood up, and I sweated it off.

Now I need clothes that fit.

Oh, and I celebrated today by having sweet and sour chicken balls with fried rice and chips for lunch.
