Picked up an i-station for our mp3 players for the ridiculos price of 8 quid! They normally sell for about 48 quid but because it had been on the shelf for a year it got reduced! Its meant for an ipod but it works with our creative players too.

AE, should have hit the Argos clearance shop on Ebay, i bought my dock for £5 as it was removed from the catalog and they still had 400 or so in the warehouse.
(it's worth keeping an eye on when the new book comes out)

It's kind of amusing to me, that since i got the go ahead to exercise, we've gotten a cold snap here so i can't run, and, one of the cars had a minor breakdown so no trips to the gym. I've done less this week than last week when I technically wasn't supposed to do much, haha. Got to love the irony.

Stairs, BookStop. Measure the height of your stairs in feet, divide that number into 29,035, then trot up the stairs the resulting number of times.

So, if your stairs are 12 feet high, all you have to do is walk up them 2,419½ times, and you've climbed Mt Everest...
