| Flaming Poltergeist | Re: Shout your happy news to the world!!! My housemate gave me a birthday present today...a clapper board! An actual clapper board that I can write on in chalk and everything and use to professionally mark footage that I film! ARGH! Another housemate also bought me a little thing, a little lump of softish rock, which contains therein a model of a dinosaur. You have to chisel it out with a tiny sharp stick and a tiny brush. It's amazing, I dig a little more every night before bed and am slowly unearthing a dinosaur! And an ex-housemate just popped into the shop while I was working and told me he'd left my present in our fridge...it was a fake severed hand and that his present to me was the fear of whoever was first to find it unexpectedly in there. My friends all know me so very well. |

Re: Shout your happy news to the world!!! Was it sent there by misteak...? (My modem was put in my recycling bin, presumably to keep it safe from the elements; luckily, I found it before recycling day.) And regarding postal workers: No Biting.

Re: Shout your happy news to the world!!! I almost have enough to buy myself a DSLR, or a car. At the rate I'm going I'll have enough for a DSLR by Christmas, and enough for a car...a long time after that. But I'll pay it off week by week, so I'll have a good start.

Re: Shout your happy news to the world!!! Changed my mind...I'm getting a laptop instead. I'm in year 12 next year, so I'll need it more than a camera, particularly with my sisters being all 'I want the computer for 5 hours a night because I have crappy time-management skills'

Re: Shout your happy news to the world!!! Yay its a girl! And she is due on Valentine's Day (Feb 14). We are thinking of naming her Raelee Michelle. Everything seems to be fine with her, she doesn't like ultrasounds and so we have no good ultrasound images (I was going to scan and share them), and we are pretty sure that she is a girl but not completely sure.
