Finally

After a long wait, Blakes 7 series 2 is now out on DVD. The good news is that picture quality is absolutely fine and that the problem with some series 1 discs (including my own) does not seem to be rearing its ugly head.

The problem, for those that don't know, was a freeze of picture during disc layer change (it always occurred on the second episode on a disc). To continue viewing, you had to go to the start of the chapter and fast forward past the layer change, or skip the chapter altogether. Very annoying.

Now, lets hope they don't take as long bringing us series 3
