I do like Kisschasy, in fact the other day off iTunes I bought a Powderfinger song, two Architecture in Helsinki songs and two Kisschasy songs. I don't think they've released a song I haven't liked.

Powderfinger are awesomeness wrapped up into a band.

Silverchair aren't too bad, I prefer their older stuff to their latest album. That said Diorama is the best album, followed by Frogstomp or Neon Ballroom. I can never decide between those two. Freakshow is my least favourite, out of the first four.

Silverchair are my favourite band in the world along with U2.

I'm not very keen on the Butler Trio. Sounds too much like Country and Western to me. I'm gradually getting to like some of Powder Finger's songs.

Does anyone remember these old bands and singers?

Max Merritt
Mental As Anything

I thought they were great for their era...

Mum and Dad used to love the Mentals, and I love Reg Mombasa's art. I know all the others bar Flash And the Pan.
