Young Adult, Sci-fi anthology, one about robot teddy bear

Hi! I've been looking for a young adult anthology I read at least ten years ago. I don't remember if they are all by one author or by several, but I think several. At that time I was reading Anne McCaffrey, David Eddings, and Monica Hughes, so one of them may have had a story in it. I can't remember how many stories it had, I'm thinking it was just a handful because I can't remember more than three:
1. A terrible accident has happened on a space ship killing lots of people. A robot teddy bear is being controlled by some sort of rescue crew to help stabilize the ship. Or something like that. The teddy bear keeps having flashbacks to being his little child's toy. Very dark.
2. A girl becomes a crime fighter by wearing a kinetic suit that absorbs all energy forced on it. Her neighbor or the town madman or something made the suit.
3. This is the one I remember the least. It was about a bunch of superhero kids at a superhero high school and the main character's parents are the most powerful?

Any help would be great thank you!

#3 sounds like Sky High, or PS238.

Could it have been

A Starfarer’s Dozen: Stories of Things to Come ed. Michael Stearns (Harcourt Brace 0-15-299871-3, Oct ’95 [Sep ’95], $17.00, 218pp, hc, cover by Michael Hussar); Original anthology of 13 young-adult SF stories. Authors include Will Shetterly, Sherwood Smith, Martha Soukup, and Nancy Springer.
One of the stories in it was called Secret Identity Secret Identity « Will Shetterly and could be No 3 above.

Lucien12 - Thank you so much! This sounds VERY familliar and I will check it out of the library right away!
Winterlord - Yeah, when the movie "Sky High" came out I thought it might bebased on the story I'd read years ago.
