I'm going to have to say brains, but only because I rather need my brain to be able to use my shaver (close call though... Don't like going with a shave; nope, not at all). (I suspect you meant brawn, but that would have been a much easier question to answer; always brains. We are tool users for a reason).

Stock broker is completely useless on a desert isle... Someone without money and in the stocks has nothing to lose and would be supremely motivated to do whatever it took to get free and do what they want to do again (plus breaking down the stocks could be useful material).

I'd take the person in the stocks in a heartbeat.
