Almost everyone in politics is a thinker, a planner, a decider while on the other hand the successful felon is able to improvise, to think on his or her feet, to adapt to the situation and arrive at its solution. Also, political types never give a straight answer, and that's just annoying.

Frosty the Snowman because although both characters a quite frightening, it seems like it'd be easier to outrun Frosty - just pop in somewhere warm and he's a goner.
