Re: Who is your favorite character is ASOIAF I was taking a moral stance, not a literary one. Nobody ever accused littlefinger in bad taste, he makes the plot a better one, no doubt. also, bear in mind that he was the main source for all of those charming personality traits lysa possessed.

Re: Who is your favorite character is ASOIAF I'm not sure about that. Though I agree you had plenty of evidence there for Littlefinger having no regard for people's lives. I'm pretty sure Lysa was annoying all the way through, before Littlefinger. In fact, I found all the Tullys pretty annoying, except for the Blackfish, who was brilliant.

Re: Who is your favorite character is ASOIAF I'm sure lysa wasn't the sharpest spoon in the drawer, and quit loose on the mental screws department to begin with, but as a highborn little twat she was bound to become the character we all enjoyed after falling for a guy that fell for her elder, more beautiful mature and engaged sister, get a little bastard by him after sleeping with him knowing that she is a cheap substitute, get an abortion, get married to a 60 years old prued, killing him as part of a plot of her beloved, marrying her pyter, seeing it all over again sansa getting the cat part this time... Either you got my point or lost me completely. Being lysa tully was not a bargain to begin with, but littlefiger made her in to the drooling demented creature she was.

Re: Who is your favorite character is ASOIAF Of course, they are so bloody sure of their moral superiority and don't bother with reality, but some of them are improving... edmour is becoming tolerateble, cat had her smashing introduction in to reality (the red wedding) and lysa on the other hand is permanently dead...

Re: Who is your favorite character is ASOIAF there is this word thing... I think, quoting prachett: "it's a one in a million chance but they might just make it". pod is going to have a nice scar around his neck... to go with the noseless bos.

Re: Who is your favorite character is ASOIAF Pod (and Brienne) will either get rescued, likely by the Hound or will be saved by Stoneheart. If not, that would be a great injustice indeed. But we will have to wait until Book 6 - The Winds of Winter - to learn their faith.

Re: Who is your favorite character is ASOIAF He may let them hang, but I would argue that Pod and Brienne do not fit the same type of character as others that GRRM has killed off in the series so far. There is world of differnce between these two poor souls and Ned, Renly, Robb, Hoster Tully, Oberyn, Catelyn, the Old Bear, Tywin, Vyseris and Khal Drogo. I hope you get my meaning. Plus, I have visions of the Hound having followed them from the island and bursting in to cut them down and confront Stoneheart and her merry band.

Re: Who is your favorite character is ASOIAF Are you sure you're from Canada and not Delphi? You seem to be making a lot of predictions. Where do you get your information about book 6 and why would it involve their faith?

Re: Who is your favorite character is ASOIAF Pan, while Littlefinger did lots of things, you shouldn't give him too much credit either. Yes he was definitly part of Joffrey assassination, however i am certain he never made he queen of thorns do anything, what she did she did out of her own acorrd.
