Roy Scheider passes A solid old school actor who had commercial and critical success in many roles including Blue Thunder, Marathon Man, The French Connection and most noteably Jaws. RIP Chief Brody.

Re: Roy Scheider passes Sad news, indeed. I was a faithful follower of his Seaquest TV series when it was on, way back and of course, who can forget the Jaws movies. Cheers, DeepThought

Re: Roy Scheider passes Such sad news, and I only heard about this a couple of minutes ago. I remember watching him in Seaquest when I was younger, and he seemed like such a great character. Very underrated, too. He will be missed.
