Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV

Karn, look out of the window, isn't that EE 50 yards away ? It'd be easier to walk out of the french windows and across the lawn.

Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV

*shrugs and starts to dig the tunnel out, a large pile of dirt growing as he digs through, finally coming up through the first floor of the EE*

That should do.....now for the trapdoors. *After placing one on the EE, we wanders back to the Tea Room and installs one in it*

Juken.....could you help me move this dirt, please?

Ace, I need a tunnel so I can get in and out after 11 p.m.! The statues let NOBODY in or out after that time, and I mean nobody. Not even me.

Seems like you didn't think that one through too well, Manarion. Security systems that can actually control work best, I find.

Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV

Yes, well, it is poor planning on my part, but at least they'll keep out anyone with ill intent......

I'll fill the tunnel up once I get their programming right. Still in the middle of it, the spell I used on them is hard to get around......especially when the chimera statue keeps wandering in, wondering what I'm up to........

Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV

*Balances a huge piece of gorgonzola on top of the pile of earth...there's a rumbling from up in The Garret, then in the corridor...a green blur races into the Tea Room and whirls around the dirt. When the blur disperses out of the door again, the pile and the gorgonzola have both disappeared* Thankee.

*pushes up the trapdoor, grumbling* I did that spell too well......Hoopy, mind if I borrow a certain shiny blue quartz from you? I'll bring it back.

You don't have one? *sigh* I need one to bypass the spell and redo it.....ah, well, perhaps I can find one from the mines in the valley.......

Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV

Oh, I figured that. And never mind that quartz, Hoop, I finally fixed it up. Now to refill that tunnel......maybe an emergency water supply.....

Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV

*the sofa waddles over to the trapdoor and opens a panel. The sound of a cement mixer filters out from the cushions, and a chute slowly extends out of the open panel. The sofa rustles questioningly at Manarion*

Re: The Tea Room, Mk. IV

Only water, Sofa, alright? No concrete. I need this as an emergency water backup.
